How to Complete/Submit a Form

Select the form you would like to complete and enter your information directly into the form. Once you have finished, click the “X” in the upper-right corner to close it. Your completed form will automatically be saved and submitted to the Village.

There is no separate “Submit” button—you do not need to print, download, or email the form.

If payment is required, click the orange “Pay Now” button located below the list of forms.

To complete payment online, click the orange button below. Please choose the appropriate payment type at the top of the page.

If you are uncertain which type you are to pay or what the obligation is for do NOT process your payment.

There is a processing fee for online payments.
