Our Gas Department is dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and affordable natural gas service to our community. We take pride in maintaining a dependable system and delivering responsive customer service to meet the needs of our residents and businesses.
Our team is responsible for:
Installing and maintaining gas lines and meters
Ensuring system safety and regulatory compliance
Responding promptly to service requests and emergencies
Gas Billing Information
Our utility bills for gas and water services are issued one month behind. This means the bill you receive reflects your usage from the previous month.
Meter Reading
Our crews read meters between the 10th and 20th of each month to ensure accurate billing.
Billing Schedule
- Bills are mailed between the 3rd and 5th of each month.
- Payments are due by the 20th of the month.
- If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date will be the following Monday.
The amount due must be paid in full every month. A penalty of 10% is applied after the due date. All delinquent accounts will be shut off. Reconnect fees
for shut off accounts are $50 for gas and $50 for water.
